Sho Araiba is a behavior analyst and a filmmaker. He earned his doctorate in Psychology, with a specialization in behavior analysis, from the City University of New York. With over 15 years of experience as an ABA therapist, Dr. Araiba has worked with neurodiverse and autistic people across New York, California, and Hawaii. His research interests encompass a wide range of philosophical, basic, and applied topics within the field of behavior analysis. He also teaches at Leeward Community College, the University of Hawaii system. He is also known as Dr. Sho, the creator and host of the Dr. Sho Show on YouTube, where he combines education with creativity to promote behavioral science. 

新井場　翔（あらいば　しょう）は東京生まれアメリカ在住の心理学博士・行動分析士。ニューヨーク市立大学大学院で心理学（行動分析）の博士号を取得。ニューヨーク、カリフォルニア、ハワイで応用行動分析士として15年間以上、発達障がいや自閉症の支援に携わっている。研究は応用行動分析、基礎行動分析、そして行動主義哲学について Perspectives of Behavior Science や Behavior Analysis in Practiceで出版。ハワイ大学では臨時講師として心理学を教える。ドクター・ショウの愛称で心理学を自身のユーチューブチャンネルで啓蒙。
